Reference 6105-8009 is the model that first introduced a number of features that would become defining elements of the design language of Seiko's iconic diver's watch. With the 62MAS being Seiko's very first diver's watch, and "Captain Willard" having featured in the famous 1979 film Apocalypse Now, ref. 6105-8009 sometimes goes unnoticed, but it truly represents the moment in Seiko's history when the brand's legendary divers acquired their own identity...
