Modern & Contemporary Congo Art - 8ᵉ edition
Stanley's Auction & Wiligama are pleased to announce their 8th sale of modern and contemporary Congolese art, to be held in Brussels on November 30, 2025.
Since 2021, this series of auctions has highlighted the vitality and diversity of the Congolese art scene. Over the course of seven editions, more than 740 works have been presented, offering an international audience a unique perspective on the evolution of modern and contemporary art from the Congo.
These sales are distinguished by an approach that combines heritage and innovation, bringing together pioneering figures and contemporary artists
whose works continue to shape today's artistic landscape.
The full catalog will be available shortly. Artists already confirmed for this edition include: Mode Muntu, Peintre Moke, Mwenze Kibwanga, Bela Sara, Ilunga, Houston Maludi, Pierre Bodo, Dolet Malalu, Precy Numbi, Chéri Chérin, JC Lofenia, and others.

- Post for non-fragile parcels, well-packaged by us, with a tracking number and 80% insurance against loss (not breakage). For your information, sending a box measuring +/- 40X40X30 cm and weighing a maximum of 20 kg, with a value of up to €2500 costs €35 to FRANCE.
